Galaxy S3
After the release of Nvidia’s Tegra 3, several rumors have suggested all new mobile devices surfaced will include this phenomenal quadcore processor. Phones such as the Samsung Galaxy S3, Apple iPhone 5 and HTC Edge were all brought up for discussion, but the only definite mobile is the HTC Edge. According to Samsung reports, the Galaxy S3 will supposedly feature the Exynos 4412, Exynos’s latest microprocessor chip. This chip was seen on a linux kernal, being tested by Samsung only recently. According to reports it’s also suggested that the Galaxy S3 will run off a cortex A9 based chip. This, according to Samsung will easily beat out its close competitor, the Samsung Galaxy Nexus, which gives suggestions the new chip will easily surpass a dual core 1.2gHz microprocessor.

According to an unknown source at Android and Me, the new Exynos 4412 processor is a 32nm chip with 50% greater graphics performance and 30% less power consumption then its old chip, the Exynos 4410 which featured in the Samsung Galaxy S2. The unknown source also said that the Korean Giant, Samsung will also blow away any rival phones out of the water with its new technology and also a graphics chip, claimed to be 5 times faster then its Mali-400 MP chip of its predecessor.

Don’t get too excited though, the Samsung Galaxy S2 is still selling like crazy, so expect the S3 to be released later in 2012 most likely near the release of the iPhone 5 among many other devices such as the HTC edge.

can’t wait…can’t wait…to buy a new phone close to the release date, so it will be at least 6month “the new model”.
I have to coment. I was a iohone 4 user then went on to htc then gs2 now i have a galaxy . Samsung is the way forward as there device are ace. Sorry i dont think they are gunning for apple as they have left them well behind & if you think just because you have abit of glass/aluminium that your is far more high ech you need to go back to school. Samsung can engineer glass metal rock. Anything they want if they want. my iphone got scratched and it always had a case. But its not about that but whats inside. Look at sumsung d8000 tv no1 are on par with there tech the iphone is not all american if you see where the parts are made this should open your eyes once and for all. All this apple vs samsung is rubbish but its good that others are running scared. Well done samsung. Cant wait for more power on my galaxy note.
Will be buying an S3. Don’t mind if i have to wait a little longer so that it is released right alongside iphone 5 so that all the isheep can compare specs and shiz themselves
I was very interested in the Tegra 3 but guess if Samsung is moving towards another chip it is because they think its better. I would hate to think it was because of price.
Personally, if I were Samsung I would go for the best chips that have the best performance whatever the cost and then sell both the Samsung 2 and the Samsung 3..
Bringing the price down for the Samsun 2 would also be a good move to bring more people over to Samsun as the people who buy the ’2′ will be so impressed, they could well move up a notch and Samsun wins all ways.
Whatever they do, don’t take too long, my contract runs out at the end of March
